If there was ever a time I thought the pen of John Adams and the voice of Thomas Jefferson still echoed in our land…it was in that last sentence. This folks is why we still fight. Thank you Will.

I agree. I haven’t been a person who watches the Olympics anyways.

This is just so beyond disappointing to know the atrocities taking place in China, knowing what they brought upon the entire world with this man-made virus and yet the “one nation under god for liberty and justice for all” isn’t representing those words - what our country was built on.

Thank you Will again for your knowledge. You last paragraph is the encouragement we the remaining people who give a damn to start partaking in! I know I am.

Thanks! and that's scary to think about! Nazi germany slowly seduced its citizens into believing that they were just "Helping" and this was "Progress" when slowly they were indoctrinating them.

Part of me thinks we should go and kick some ass and that’s just the competitive athlete inside me. You speak to the games and leaders by winning. But for that to feel right and to show up as world leaders that are just, we couldn’t take a knee to China on any other topic. And we are too far in bed with their agenda and money at this point. Too many organizations and pro athletes, companies like you mentioned have sold their soul to them. That will taint the whole games situation. It would be awesome if the athletes that participate could win and declare it for the Lord and the USA. Your article was written well, not to take away from that, you have a really good message there that at this point in time, I agree with.

Will, this is true! Thank you! This is something I never thought about, but is so true! I’m amazed at the insight God gives you! I pray God moves in the hearts of American leaders and citizens. You are doing a great job encouraging others to do the right thing! I’m sure you may get tired sometimes, but you are definitely making a difference! You’ve made a difference in me! But, even if the truth you speak falls on deaf ears, God sees you being obedient to Him, and He is pleased, Will! Thank you for reminding me to live a life of integrity rather than a life of ease and foolishness… Thank you for calling me to be a better Christian!

This is an encouraging verse! Proverbs 21:1 “The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will.”

I agree with this! Sadly so many people don't know about any of this that China is doing, or they choose to ignore it. I pray that people will start to wake up and fight against this evil.

AMERICA NEEDS TO SHOW UP IN CHINA LIKE WE DID IN GERMANY IN 1936! AMERICA SENT JESSE OWENS AND HE WHIPPED THE SHIT OUT OF THOSE NAZIS. AMERICA NEEDS TO SHOW THE WORLD WE ARE STILL #1 AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO BOYCOTT LIKE A BUNCH OF SJWS BETAS TRYING TO CANCEL THEM. WE GO. WE WIN! USA #1! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

While I agree about America, and in fact the rest of "democratic" societies about boycotting The Beijing Olympics...there is some internal wonderment and curiousity about Hitler and Germany lately. Objectively said, sometimes I just question everything now our governments have put forth to our eyes and ears... Just so curious about the truth, because in fact imprisonment can occur in countries, such as Germany if you deny the holocaust. And let's be clear here, even as I contemplate, "hmmmm, is all what is said true?" in some countries is a criminal offense to even ask. I just wonder now... What has happened then..because it seems to have started a "silencing" trend. Who knows?

Simone Biles has been diminished in the court of public opinion for quitting. Antonio Brown has been reprimanded for quitting. Life is hard. Life is unfair, and in many ways the difficulties of life become more than most can contend with but we as people especially Christians must have stronger convictions to persist. "Quitting accomplishes nothing, never has and never will". Collective quitting in the name of protest is reprehensible. The truth of the matter is that The Genocide is horrible, and China should be forced to pay for all of their crimes including the ones connected to the outbreak of the Covid-19. Actions speak louder than words and the lack of actions does nothing more than solidify the weakness of the United States along with everyone that joins. The only people that can call the participation of the Olympic games a "cultural stain" are those that have never seen the motivation given to the American people. "No one remembers the ones never try only those that have courage to begin and finish with honor and dignity". There would be nothing more satisfying than seeing hundreds of athletes wearing red, white, and blue standing on the highest podium on the biggest stage holding gold. If you want a country like China deploy sanctions, but if you want to prove superiority beat them at their own games.

I hereby apologize for all of my grammatical errors

I recently wrote a persuasive research paper concerning the Chinese genocide against the Uyghurs, for school. I don't think my paper is that good, but I found a document containing very specific evidence and a thorough examination of the CCP's actions towards the Uyghurs. Here is the source:

The Uyghur Genocide: An Examination of China’s Breaches of the 1948 Genocide

Convention.” Newlines Institute For Strategy and Policy, Raoul Wallenberg Centre For Human Rights, March 2021, https://newlinesinstitute.org/wp-content/uploads/Chinas-Breaches-of-the-GC3-2.pf

I agree with all your points about the CCP and how we need to fight against them and everything they are doing. However, as an Olympic hopeful track and field athlete I disagree that athletes should just not compete in the games. Athletes have trained for years for their one shot to make it to the Olympics. Most earn barely anything and have spent endless time and money to earn their spot on the team. It is easy for non athletes to say just boycott the games but that would do little to change the CCP’s agenda in my opinion. Some athletes may have a voice to bring attention to the CCP but others are just wanting to play their sport and not get involved with a political agenda. What should really be happening is the Olympic and Paraolympic committees to take a stand and choose countries for games appropriately in the future. I welcome any discussion or thoughts on this.
